What you will do

• Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions, covering data modeling and UX design.
• Lead end-to-end solution design and ownership across cross-functional teams.
• Build and review AI-assisted code, establishing standards for prompt governance and output validation.
• Develop proof-of-concept builds to qualify requirements and showcase platform capabilities.
• Collaborate within a tight-knit team of admins and developers to resolve high-priority issues.
• Research and implement the latest Salesforce releases and emerging AI tooling.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Salesforce analysis or development.
• Strong proficiency in Flow Builder and declarative automation.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Voice, or e-Sign.
• Practical experience with AI coding assistants and the ability to critically review AI-generated code.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong communication skills for translating business needs into design documentation.
