What you will do

• Deliver onboarding, orientation, and skills training for new clinical team members including physicians, NPs, nurses, and MAs.
• Create and update training resources like presentations, SOPs, and job aids; conduct refresher workshops.
• Assist providers with questions on workflows, documentation, and standards of care.
• Perform retrospective chart reviews evaluating consults and notes for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with protocols like CMS, HEDIS, HIPAA.
• Identify documentation deficiencies or clinical deviations and support quality initiatives and feedback loops.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) or APP (NP/PA) with active, unrestricted license in the U.S.
• Minimum 5 years clinical experience, including at least 2 years in education, quality, or supervisory role.
• Experience with telehealth, outpatient, and diagnostic care settings preferred.
• Familiarity with clinical documentation standards, quality improvement, adult learning methods, HCC coding, MEAT criteria, and risk adjustment.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and proficiency with Google Workspace, EMRs/EHRs, learning management systems.

Nice to have

• Experience in startup, virtual care, or fast-paced healthcare organization.
• Background in compliance, utilization review, or peer review.
• Prior experience training multidisciplinary teams.
