Location: Remote (Philippines-based, requires night shift work). Dedicated workspace required with minimum internet speeds (120mbps download, 10mbps upload); must be on camera for trainings and meetings; occasional travel for events.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project execution for Customer Care initiatives, aligning with business goals.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, documentation, and deliverables.
• Document processes, identify gaps, and propose improvements with stakeholders.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives using Kanban/Scrum.
• Track progress with Jira, manage estimates, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Deliver updates, demos, and maintain project artifacts like charters and test plans.

Requirements

• 5+ years project management experience in Customer Care or software lifecycles.
• Proven Agile expertise (SCRUM, Kanban, sprints); Salesforce certification required.
• Requirements gathering, business process mapping, UAT, change management.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Visio, Jira; strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s in Business/IT or related; experience with CRM, WFM, telephony.

Nice to have

• PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or Scrum Master certification.
• Master’s degree; familiarity with Salesforce and Amazon Connect.
