What you will do

• Develop algorithms to solve complex problems on hirify.global computers and build internal tools.
• Implement and optimize quantum applications primarily in Python.
• Build custom applications for customers or market release.
• Ensure successful project delivery for positive business value.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and design solutions.
• Master professional services like LEAP cloud and Ocean open-source tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years professional experience with Python; NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Networkx a plus.
• Masters, PhD, or equivalent in Operations Research, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or related field preferred.
• Experience working directly with customers on requirements and solutions.
• Strong knowledge of probability, statistics, and/or math.
• Experience with Git and implementing complex algorithms.
• Experience with optimization tools like CPLEX or Gurobi.
• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, communication skills; self-motivated.
