What you will do

• Take technical leadership in customer projects, defining methodological approaches and presenting results.
• Lead the end-to-end development of machine learning solutions from data preparation to implementation.
• Evaluate the technical and economic feasibility of proposed AI solutions.
• Operationalize successful prototypes in collaboration with data platform architects and engineers.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of the AI & Data practice.
• Represent the company through technical presentations at national conferences.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in computer science, mathematics, or a comparable field.
• At least four years of professional or research experience in machine learning.
• German language skills are required.
• Very good English skills.
• Proficiency in the Python ML stack (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch) and database concepts.
• Experience with major cloud providers (Azure/AWS/GCP) and MLOps practices.
