Hybrid: Must be residing within Muntinlupa or nearby areas in the Philippines.

What you will do

• Initiate checks in the GCM pool within 24-48 hours from order date.
• Complete verification requirements, close checks, and perform timely updates/follow-ups.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with HR/Supervisors and Education/Professional POCs.
• Update verification checks with utmost integrity, ensuring factual accuracy.
• Handle confidential information carefully and chase candidates for required documents professionally.
• Update contact cards with gathered information.

Requirements

• Must be residing within Muntinlupa or nearby areas.
• At least 1 year in college with office experience (preferably BPO); fresh graduates welcome.
• Excellent command of English for conversational interviews.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, web browsers).
• Valid NBI clearance required.

• Experience doing inbound calls/transactions.
