What you will do

  • Review and verify income and identity documentation to determine membership eligibility.
  • Evaluate documents for authenticity and compliance with verification criteria to prevent fraud.
  • Manage high-volume inbound and outbound communication via email, text, and phone.
  • Use CRM and ticketing tools (HubSpot, Zendesk) to track application progress and maintain detailed notes.
  • Collaborate with team members via Slack to manage workloads and clear application backlogs.
  • Escalate suspicious or fraudulent applications to the appropriate internal teams.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze financial records such as pay stubs and bank statements.
  • Experience working in high-volume, ticket-based environments managing hundreds of requests daily.
  • Proficiency with CRM, ticketing platforms, and calling software.
  • Willingness to work rotating schedules, including weekend coverage.
  • Strong attention to detail and sound judgment in identifying documentation inconsistencies.
