What you will do

• Extract, combine, and analyze datasets from Salesforce, HubSpot, web analytics, and ad platforms using SQL to measure marketing effectiveness.
• Manage reporting and data integrity for Salesforce and HubSpot, building foundational dashboards.
• Develop and automate dashboards tracking B2B metrics like lead velocity, conversions, and ROI.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to translate needs into analytical projects and present findings.
• Analyze campaign performance to optimize spend and strategy.
• Support data quality initiatives and process improvements for better data usability.

Requirements

• 3+ years in marketing analytics, BI, or data analysis focused on B2B marketing; minimum 4 years overall experience.
• Advanced SQL proficiency for complex data extraction and transformation.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and HubSpot, including objects, campaigns, and reporting.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration, analytical, and storytelling skills with A/B testing and ROI experience.
• Excellent communication for leadership interaction; superb attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree; experience with Excel required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI or equivalent.
• Statistical analysis background.
