Salary: $57,000 per year

• Code and send mission-critical emails to raise money and promote social change.
• Build digital user journeys to increase awareness of social, environmental, and political issues.
• Collaborate on data-analytics projects to inform strategy and innovate technical tools.
• Ensure high quality and optimal user experience across all client audiences.

Requirements

• Up to 3 years of experience, including internships and part-time work.
• Proficiency in coding HTML and CSS for email or web.
• Experience with Excel or other data-processing software.
• Ability to work cohesively with various teams and stakeholders.
• Must be based in one of the approved US states.

Nice to have

• Experience with mass emailing systems such as Mailchimp, EveryAction/NGP, ActionKit, Luminate, Acoustic, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience setting up digital UX tests, including email A/B tests.
