What you will do

• Implement custom WordPress theme based on _s, using clean templates and translating Figma designs to HTML/CSS/JS.
• Model content with ACF Pro (repeaters, options pages, validation) and connect to dynamic views.
• Build reusable responsive sections with accessibility (WCAG 2.0 AA, ARIA, keyboard support).
• Optimize performance including image handling, lazy loading, CLS prevention, and caching.
• Integrate Gravity Forms, GTM/GA4 tracking, and collaborate on QA, cross-browser testing, code reviews, and CI.

Requirements

• 5+ years building custom WordPress themes (not page builders), strong PHP and WP query optimization.
• Expertise in semantic HTML, modern CSS (Grid, Flexbox), vanilla JS/TS.
• Strong ACF Pro experience (repeaters, options pages, data modeling), Gutenberg blocks.
• Accessibility best practices, responsive/cross-browser development (desktop/mobile iOS/Android).
• Performance optimization, UI elements (megamenus, sticky headers), Git/CI workflows, GA4/GTM integration.
