What you will do

• Guide merchants through full setup sessions to ensure high-quality Online Ordering implementations.
• Integrate ordering links into existing websites, Google My Business (GMB), and Google Food Ordering (GFO).
• Assist merchants in building new websites or customizing existing pages to reflect their visual identity.
• Process complex technical integrations, including Toast POS and dual menus.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical barriers to ensure all ordering links are fully functional.

Requirements

• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new platforms quickly.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
• Experience in virtual client engagement and handling technical objections.
• Detail-oriented communication skills for uncovering merchant needs.
• Must be based in the Philippines.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and restaurant POS systems, especially Toast.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or website customization.
• Prior experience in B2B sales, customer success, or merchant onboarding.
