What you will do
- Supervise a work team of Client Success Associates to achieve revenue retention and growth objectives.
- Provide training, guidance, and mentorship for new and existing team members.
- Monitor daily activities and analyze team metrics to ensure consistent performance and quality.
- Handle second-level escalated issues from clients and employees.
- Execute performance management, including conducting performance reviews and managing PIPs.
- Develop cross-departmental relationships to build a strong internal network.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Client Success or solid sales support experience.
- Proven experience managing a team or multiple teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Must be based in the Philippines.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and phone etiquette.
