What you will do

• Manage end-to-end marketing projects across TikTok Shop, Amazon, DTC, and brand channels
• Build and maintain project plans, calendars, and dashboards in ClickUp to track throughput and deadlines
• Own the global marketing calendar for launches, promos, campaigns, and content pushes
• Coordinate campaign launches, asset pipelines, QA, compliance, and cross-department liaison
• Track budgets, run post-mortems, and improve SOPs to increase speed and reduce errors

Requirements

• 3+ years in marketing operations, project management, or program management in DTC, eCommerce, or dropshipping
• Proven track record managing 10+ concurrent projects and 20+ stakeholders
• Mastery of ClickUp (or similar) and building dashboards in Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools
• Detail-obsessed, proactive, relentless in follow-ups, high integrity, and independent operator
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities
