What you will do

• Recruit, manage, and build relationships with top creators, agencies, TSPs, and TAPs.
• Oversee live operations, expanding in-house and through partners.
• Manage internal editors, copywriters, creative strategists, and media buyers.
• Own TikTok Shop P&L with GMV growth as primary KPI; drive new product launches and campaign performance.
• Run CRO & price tests, listing optimizations, giveaways, and subscription strategies to boost LTV.
• Build relationships with TikTok Shop reps for discounts and advantages; innovate content and scaling systems.

Requirements

• Experience managing TikTok Shop brands at $500K/month+ revenue (in-house or agency).
• Background in 7–9 figure e-commerce businesses in supplements/health, beauty, or skincare.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple teams and agencies.
• Hands-on with scripting, editing, video management, plus strategy.
• Deep understanding of content virality, direct response copywriting, and creator relationships.
• Proactive, empathetic leader driving accountability and high performance.
