What you will do
- Own end-to-end pipeline for Tier 1 roles: source, screen, manage ATS flow, and create job posts for high-volume positions like Video Editor and Customer Service.
- Support Tier 2 strategic poaching: map competitors, gather intelligence for founder outreach, handle confidential data.
- Improve processes: test new sourcing channels, analyze bottlenecks, reduce time-to-hire, represent company professionally.
- Drive KPIs: 20+ Tier 1 hires/quarter, 3 Tier 2 placements/quarter, high sourcing-to-interview rates, quality of hires.
Requirements
- Proactive/high agency: constantly drive processes and improvements without waiting for tasks.
- Professional communicator with discretion for candidate interactions and confidential poaching.
- Systems thinker able to optimize complex, high-volume recruiting funnels.
- Attention to detail for ATS management and high-stakes outreach.
- Goal-oriented focus on volume, quality metrics, and process speed.
- Preferred: experience/understanding of US recruiting markets.
