What you will do

• Evaluate and implement latest development and deployment technologies for API design, highly available and scalable distributed systems, focusing on performance and security.
• Build, deploy and operate hirify.global products.
• Design, develop and own new features and services as a key contributor to the technical roadmap.
• Partner with product, security, operations and other cross-functional stakeholders to align on requirements and schedules.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Backend Developer in cloud-computing technologies or related fields.
• Experience in OOP (C# and .NET/.NET Core – advantage).
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Experience working with databases (SQL or NoSQL).
• Hands-on experience with Docker and cloud environments (Kubernetes – advantage).
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Experience with Cloud and Core GCP/AWS services.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and strong ability to learn new things with little guidance.
