• Deliver high-quality, scalable code meeting strict security and performance standards.
• Lead complex technical challenges with independence, excellent design, and analytical skills.
• Adopt new technologies through self-learning and apply creative problem-solving.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate development and integrate smart capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on backend development in C#
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related (or elite intelligence unit alumni)
• Proven ability to lead complex technical challenges independently
• Proactive, motivated with strong work ethic, goal-oriented approach
• Excellent interpersonal skills, team player, strong communication

Nice to have

• Deep understanding of security principles (encryption, authentication)
• Experience with frontend (JavaScript, Angular 2+, HTML5, CSS3)
• Hands-on with microservices architecture
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation
• Experience building AI Agents for complex goals
