What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain platform components for attendance analytics, process management, and family communication.
• Maintain and improve student and attendance data systems for scalability with tens of millions of records.
• Develop new features to enhance product capabilities and drive school and student outcomes.
• Automate operational and monitoring processes for system reliability.
• Optimize AWS infrastructure for performance, efficiency, and resilience.
• Contribute to technical discussions and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering with scalable backend systems.
• Advanced proficiency in core stack including AWS (Terraform, ECS, RDS/Aurora, SES, SQS/SNS).
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and on-time delivery.
• Strong communication to articulate technical concepts to stakeholders.
• Comfort in ambiguous environments with proactive mindset.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal) required
