What you will do

• Spearhead the development of a greenfield, data and multimedia powered wellness product.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, data experts, and infrastructure teams.
• Mentor team members and lead product/engineering initiatives to influence coding standards.
• Implement highly iterative development practices to maximize experimentation pace.
• Champion engineering excellence by ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability of systems.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Domain Driven Design (DDD) and building large-scale customer-facing systems.
• Hands-on backend engineering background with relational and non-relational databases.
• Proficiency with AWS infrastructure (Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, SES, CloudFormation, CloudWatch).
• Strong proficiency in Python (Kotlin is a plus).
• Proven track record of influencing technical direction and collaborating with adjacent teams.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and take end-to-end ownership.
