Location: Must permanently reside in the US full-time. Remote available for most locations; however, candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area must follow a hybrid model (3 days per week in office).

Salary: $122,400–$195,500 + equity

• Lead projects from requirements gathering through implementation, collaborating with product, design, and data engineering.
• Influence the evolution of overall system architecture and the quality of core platform services.
• Design, ship, and monitor new features while ensuring robust testing and quality standards.
• Build high-impact user workflows by applying technical expertise and passion for user experience.
• Maintain technical excellence through rigorous code and design reviews.
• Provide and solicit constructive feedback to support teammate growth.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 4+ years of professional experience building APIs and services.
• Strong expertise in Python (Django) and TypeScript (Node.js).
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Proven track record of delivering complex full-stack projects.
• Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS platforms.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Terraform.
• Experience building health tech software.
