What you will do

• Develop frontend and backend services for a full stack application with multiple databases.
• Architect and build scalable, high-performance systems.
• Build highly performant APIs to power data visualizations.
• Handle scalability requirements and performance improvements.
• Collaborate on impactful technology as a key contributor wearing many hats.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant backend and web experience.
• Deep knowledge in Node.js and SQL.
• Strong working knowledge of front-end JavaScript and modern libraries, ideally React.js and Next.js.
• Proven track record in architecting and building scalable systems.
• Experience with large distributed data systems.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Know-how with building and maintaining complex event-driven systems (e.g., Kafka).
• Prior experience with Continuous Integration and test-driven development.
• Startup experience.
