What you will do

• Design, deploy, and maintain VM and Kubernetes infrastructure on GCP and AWS across multiple global regions.
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform modules and manage resources through Spacelift.
• Implement comprehensive observability solutions using Grafana Cloud, Prometheus/Mimir, and OTel collectors.
• Manage certificate lifecycles, DNS automation, ingress controllers, and service mesh networking with Cilium.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Security teams to design resilient and scalable cloud-native systems.
• Eliminate operational toil by developing scripts and building CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, and Bash.
• Expertise in Kubernetes cluster administration, RBAC, networking, and workload management.
• Proven experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning.
• Strong knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GKE, VPC, Cloud DNS, IAM) and secondary AWS support.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience with GitOps methodologies and tools.
• Ability to effectively use LLM code assist tools for software development.
