TL;DR
Federal Senior Customer Success Manager (Cybersecurity): Serve as strategic partner to U.S. Federal Government customers, driving product adoption, value realization, and retention for 's Isolation-powered Cloud Security Platform with an accent on aligning solutions with agency mission objectives and federal mandates. Focus on building relationships with agency leadership, conducting business reviews, identifying expansion opportunities, and providing technical guidance on Zero Trust and compliance standards.
Location: Washington, D.C. / Northern Virginia (Hybrid/Onsite). Must reside in the Washington, D.C. / Northern Virginia area. Up to 20% travel to federal facilities in DC, Northern Virginia, Maryland.
Salary: $102,400 - $153,600 base (USD).

What you will do
- Serve as primary point of contact and trusted advisor for key Federal accounts, engaging agency leadership, CISOs, and technical stakeholders.
- Develop relationships aligning Menlo capabilities with mission objectives and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Drive product adoption, value realization, and compliance with federal security standards.
- Manage renewals, upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and renewal pipeline for government fiscal cycles.
- Act as voice of federal customer to influence product roadmaps on FedRAMP and government features.
- Maintain technical acumen on Menlo products, Zero Trust, and integrations like SSO and Azure AD.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship strictly required and Active Secret Security Clearance (minimum).
- 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing roles supporting Federal Government, DoD, or IC customers.
- Strong knowledge of federal cybersecurity (Zero Trust, NIST, Cloud Security).
- Exceptional communication and executive engagement skills.
- Strong project management in dynamic government environments.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- Experience with federal acquisition/renewal processes.
- Familiarity with GovCloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Public sector experience in fast-paced startup.
