What you will do

• Manage end-to-end marketing projects across TikTok Shop, Amazon, DTC, and brand channels
• Build and maintain project plans, calendars, and dashboards in ClickUp to track throughput and deadlines
• Own the global marketing calendar for launches, promos, campaigns, and content pushes, aligning all stakeholders
• Coordinate campaign launches, asset/content pipelines, QA/compliance checks, and cross-department liaison to remove bottlenecks
• Track budgets, enforce meeting action items and task completion, document SOPs, and run post-mortems

Requirements

• 3+ years in marketing operations, project management, or program management in DTC, eCommerce, or dropshipping brands
• Proven track record managing 10+ concurrent projects and 20+ stakeholders with zero drop-off
• Mastery of ClickUp (or similar) and experience building dashboards in Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools
• Detail-obsessed, proactive, relentless in follow-ups, high integrity, and ability to operate independently
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities
