Senior Software Engineer (Authorizer Enablement, Fintech)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain scalable Golang services (with JVM exposure) deployed on AWS, owning clean, testable code delivery.
• Participate in full software lifecycle: planning, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Design microservices architectures, automated tests, and cloud infrastructure using Terraform.
• Monitor system health with logs, metrics, and tracing; handle incident response.
• Collaborate with product managers on requirements; contribute to code reviews and technical discussions.
• Ensure system scalability, reliability, and evolution while staying current with technologies.

Requirements

• Based in Brazil.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.
• 5+ years as Software Engineer in production environments.
• Strong Golang, .NET, or JVM (e.g., Java, Groovy) experience.
• Advanced Git, microservices in cloud, debugging distributed systems, testing expertise.
• AWS (SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, etc.), IaC (Terraform), Docker, Kubernetes, databases, CI/CD, observability.

Nice to have

• Experience with mission-critical systems, financial/payments industry.
• Observability tools, AWS certifications, AI-assisted development tools.
• 3+ years with Bachelor’s or 2+ with advanced degree.
