What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain clean, efficient, secure, and well-tested backend code supporting critical business needs.
• Take ownership of features and projects through the full software development lifecycle, from scoping to deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, provide technical insights, and contribute to architecture discussions.
• Build tools and integrate systems to enhance operational efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
• Contribute to process improvements in continuous integration, delivery, and deployment.
• Participate in code reviews, mentor developers, troubleshoot issues, and promote best practices.

Requirements

• Fluent in English
• 3+ years of professional software development experience with backend systems, scalable architectures, and design principles.
• Strong coding skills in Java, Kotlin, Golang, or .NET.
• Knowledge of OOP, data structures, algorithms, databases (relational/non-relational), system design, microservices, and APIs.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Agile/Scrum, and problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.

Nice to have

• Degree in computer science or related field.
• Experience in payments, fintech, or location/business recommendation services.
• Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Kubernetes, Helm).
• Frameworks like Laravel, Spring, Reactor; authorization systems (RBAC, ABAC); cryptography or EMV.
