What you will do

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance, low-latency backend services using Java and AWS.
• Collaborate with product, frontend, and QA teams to define requirements and ensure integration.
• Optimize existing services for performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Identify and resolve system bottlenecks for optimal resource utilization and stability.
• Implement code quality, testing, and CI/CD practices.
• Monitor service health, mitigate issues, and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in backend development focused on Java and AWS.
• Experience building and operating low-latency, high-scale services in distributed environments.
• Proficiency in Java ecosystem, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Clickhouse.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, security best practices, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven, Gradle), and agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
