What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, monitoring solution health and proactively resolving issues.
• Design effective backup and business continuity strategies tailored to specific customer environments and requirements.
• Lead the deployment and configuration of hirify.global products for MSP and enterprise environments.
• Manage technical escalations by collaborating with internal support, R&D, and data center operations teams.
• Conduct technical audits of deployed solutions and deliver tailored training and documentation to customer IT teams.
• Participate in pre-sale processes and contribute to the growth of the Professional Services organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in the configuration and operation of complex corporate systems (virtualized infrastructure, ERP, etc.).
• Proficiency in English and Spanish (upper-intermediate level or higher) both verbally and in writing.
• Experience in administration and troubleshooting of on-premise virtualized environments (VMware ESX, Microsoft Hyper-V), Windows Server, and Linux platforms.
• Basic knowledge of PgSQL, Microsoft enterprise applications (SQL, AD, Office 365), and Oracle SQL.
• Solid understanding of ITIL Foundation principles, cybersecurity, RMM, and disaster recovery.
• Availability to travel up to 30% of the time, including international travel.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global Cyber Protect.
• ITIL certification.
• Experience designing or administrating Microsoft Hosted Exchange, Microsoft SQL, or Virtuozzo/Citrix/Oracle virtualized environments.
