What you will do

• Lead build, commissioning, and upgrade activities for safety product solutions.
• Resolve technical issues at both hardware and software levels within the product suite.
• Create and update technical documentation, including workplans and technical guides.
• Present technical solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the implementation team.
• Manage tasks autonomously to meet strict delivery milestones and deadlines.

Requirements

• HND/HNC level education or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a comparable implementation role.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Windows client and server architecture (up to Server 2022) and DELL/HP hardware.
• Expert knowledge of MySQL/MSSQL, including user administration and query writing.
• Experience with virtualization environments such as Hyper-V or VMware.
• Pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Experience using MS Visio for design and documentation.
• Proven experience working according to ITIL best practices.
