What you will do

• Design and build WalkMe content, including Smart Walk-Thrus, tooltips, and validations for SAP and Fiori apps.
• Analyze SAP business processes and translate workflows into guided user experiences.
• Validate WalkMe implementations and support regression testing for SAP updates.
• Monitor user behavior using WalkMe analytics to identify gaps and optimize user journeys.
• Collaborate with SAP functional consultants (FI, MM, SD) to gather and implement business requirements.

Requirements

• Experience with WalkMe or similar Digital Adoption Platforms.
• Familiarity with SAP systems and SAP Fiori apps.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for UI customization.
• Understanding of web-based applications and DOM structure.
• English language proficiency.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Malmö, Sweden.

Nice to have

• Experience with test scenarios, validation, and regression testing.
• Ability to identify defects and usability issues.
• Svenska (Swedish) language skills.
