What you will do

• Review requirements and break them down into test plans for functional, system, environmental, and climate validations.
• Execute tests in lab environments, climate chambers, and field settings, developing test methods and automated tests.
• Analyze test results, identify deviations, and compile reports with recommendations for technical teams and projects.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners, often coordinating assignments.

Requirements

• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English
• At least 4 years of experience in software testing related to OBC
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering Physics, Vehicle Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent
• Experience breaking down requirements into test plans
• Good knowledge of measurement systems and sensors for software testing
• Programming skills in C/C++ or Python
• Experience with communication protocols such as CAN, CANalyser, CANoe, or FlexRay
• HIL experience with dSpace or ETAS
• Experience with INCA, MDA, MATLAB/Simulink
• Knowledge of ISO15118, ISO61851, ISO18246
• Category B driving licence

• Experience in coordinating roles or cross-functional work
• Background in electrification or E-mobility
