What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain realistic test systems in lab and field environments, including automation and product interaction.
• Act as main point of contact for the team, coordinating with stakeholders and shaping plans from complex objectives.
• Lead test planning and execution to ensure coverage and efficiency in complex scenarios.
• Investigate logs and results to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
• Provide direction, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement in testing methods and tools.

Requirements

• Experience as test leader, senior tester, or product specialist with hands-on technical expertise.
• Strong ability to lead through action, make decisions in ambiguity, and guide others.
