What you will do

• Process participant requests for retirement plan distributions and loans accurately and efficiently.
• Handle a high volume of time-sensitive tickets while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
• Conduct outbound calls to participants to verify and clarify request details.
• Coordinate with participants via professional emails to gather necessary supporting documentation.
• Document all interactions and outcomes within Jira and other internal tracking systems.
• Collaborate with the team to optimize workflows and enhance participant satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proficiency with Jira, Zendesk, Aircall, or similar CRM and task management software.
• Functional understanding of retirement plans and associated processes (loans, distributions).
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills for participant outreach.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work from 9am to 6pm ET.
