What you will do
- Independently handle domain transfers, contract changes, and cancellations.
- Manage and process SSL certificates.
- Analyze and resolve complex customer inquiries within the hosting environment.
- Ensure accurate and traceable processing of all workflows.
- Communicate with international customers in both German and English.
Requirements
- Experience in customer support, helpdesk, or technical support.
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
- Understanding of structured processes and professional customer communication.
