What you will do
- Handle customer inquiries related to invoices and payments.
- Clarify incoming payments and manage outstanding items.
- Support the resolution of discrepancies and special cases in the payment process.
- Communicate with international customers in both German and English.
Requirements
- Excellent German and English skills
- Ability to explain complex billing topics in a clear and understandable way.
- Willingness to learn IT-related billing and payment processes.
- Initial experience in customer service, support, or a commercial environment is an advantage.
