Location: Madrid, Spain (Hybrid: 60% office, 40% home)

What you will do

• Partner with data and research teams to drive design decisions based on user insights.
• Develop Customer Journey Maps to ensure a seamless experience across all customer touchpoints.
• Lead stakeholder workshops to identify needs and translate them into tangible solutions.
• Manage mid-sized projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Create well-designed prototypes for user testing and iterative improvement.
• Maintain and document design assets within Customer Journey Management Tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX/UI Design, Service Design, Human-Centered Design, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product and/or service design.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Mural, SharePoint, Baymard, and Creative Suite.
• Excellent English communication skills for articulating design decisions.
• Must be based in Madrid, Spain to comply with the hybrid work model (60% office attendance).
• Proven ability to lead mid-sized projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in e-commerce or digital product design.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and working within agile teams.
• Experience analyzing and applying customer insights to inform design.
