Senior Fullstack Engineer

Salary: £425 - £525 per day (Outside IR35)

What you will do

• Build prototypes and evolve them into scalable, production-ready applications
• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs in Node/Python
• Contribute to frontend development with React for responsive user interfaces
• Design data workflows, system integrations, and work with cloud infrastructure
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams on architecture and technical solutions
• Ensure code quality, testing, documentation, peer reviews, performance, and scalability

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in fullstack software engineering
• Strong experience building modern web applications
• Backend services and APIs in Node.js and/or Python
• JavaScript-based frontend frameworks (React preferred)
• Understanding of web architecture, system design, scalable applications, databases, and data systems
• Familiarity with cloud environments, distributed systems, and collaborative engineering teams

Nice to have

• Experience with media-related applications (video/audio features)
• Exposure to AI or machine learning integrations
• Modern system design patterns and scalable architectures
• Fast-paced product or startup environments
