What you will do
- Design end-to-end AI architectures, from data collection to deployment and monitoring in production
- Develop and optimize ML, DL, and generative AI models for performance and efficiency
- Industrialize models with MLOps/LLMOps, including CI/CD, version management, and drift monitoring
- Translate business needs into ROI-driven use cases like segmentation, fraud detection, recommendations, chatbots
- Collaborate with Data teams on quality, traceability, and compliance
- Address governance, ethics, and compliance issues; lead technically and mentor teams
Requirements
- Excellent Python and SQL; solid ML/DL experience (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Strong generative AI skills (LLM, RAG, prompt engineering); model deployment (API, microservices)
- MLOps/LLMOps (MLflow, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes); cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- 5-8+ years in Data/AI, POC-to-production, business-impact use cases
- Data quality/lineage knowledge; regulatory awareness (e.g., BCBS 239)
- Results-oriented, pragmatic, autonomous with technical leadership
