Player Management - Site Reliability Engineer (iGaming): Building and maintaining a scalable multi-brand platform for player account management, including creation, verification, authentication, security, and responsible gaming, with an accent on incident management, observability, performance optimization, and high availability. Focus on driving root cause analysis, enforcing SLAs/SLOs, capacity planning, and safe change deployments in a high-load iGaming environment.

Hybrid: 3 days in the office in Budapest & 2 days from home

What you will do

• Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes to reduce system issues.
• Define SLAs/SLOs, build dashboards for observability using tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
• Identify performance bottlenecks, optimize infrastructure/code, and conduct capacity planning.
• Ensure platform availability, oversee deployments, and manage changes to prevent disruptions.
• Automate tasks, provision infrastructure with IaC, and manage Kubernetes/Docker clusters.

Requirements

• Deep experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Coralogix, Splunk, Loki) and SLAs/SLOs.
• Proficiency in scripting/coding (.NET, Python, Powershell, Bash) for automation and reliability tools.
• Experience with IaC (Terraform, Ansible), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Hands-on with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills for RCA, incident response, and blameless post-mortems.
• Hybrid work: 3 days/week in Budapest office.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS ALB, Route 53, CDNs, multi-data center systems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL, PostgreSQL, Couchbase.
