TL;DR
Senior DevOps Engineer (AWS/Kubernetes): Building and managing secure, scalable multi-region cloud infrastructure and software delivery pipelines for an AI platform with an accent on network topology, container orchestration, and infrastructure automation. Focus on optimizing connectivity and reliability, creating developer-to-production deployment flows, and operating production systems through sustainable on-call practices.
Location: Budapest, XI.; on-site Monday to Thursday and remote on Fridays

What you will do
- Build and manage multi-region cloud infrastructure with a focus on scalability, security, and efficiency.
- Optimize network topology for connectivity, latency, and throughput.
- Create and maintain software delivery pipelines from developer machines through production deployment.
- Manage multi-cluster container environments and infrastructure across public cloud and private data centers.
- Participate equally in a shared on-call rotation for production systems while reducing alert noise and improving reliability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant DevOps or cloud engineering experience.
- Deep AWS knowledge, including EC2, networking, and RDS; familiarity with Azure and GCP is useful.
- Expert Linux knowledge and scripting experience with Python, Go, or Java.
- Strong knowledge of private and public networking, including VPNs, ISPs, and firewalls.
- Experience with Kubernetes or other multi-cluster container environments, monitoring, software delivery pipelines, immutable infrastructure, and Terraform.
- Strong English and Hungarian communication skills; availability for the Budapest hybrid schedule is required.
