Requirements

• BS in engineering or equivalent; MBA is a plus
• At least 2 years in product development, management, or marketing
• Proficiency with Silicon Photonics, Indium Phosphide, MicroLEDs, Lidar, or equivalent photonics technologies and applications
• Strong influence, leadership, analytical, and synthesis skills
• Extensive cross-functional integration and customer engagement with presentations
• Travel 10-25%; no international relocation
