What you will do

• Lead and manage the Business Process & Systems (BPS) team.
• Manage critical and large-scale IT/software implementation projects for CSO.
• Oversee and govern the GCS Enterprise Architecture Landscape, including processes, tools, databases, and technology.
• Coach and mentor business process analysts to ensure excellent execution of requirements management.
• Facilitate scrum ceremonies and manage sprints to keep work aligned with the project plan.
• Develop regular stakeholder communication packages and updates for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or systems implementation.
• 2+ years of experience leading business analysts or cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of business analysis best practices, process modeling, and requirements governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level reporting skills.
• Must be based in Lapu-Lapu City, Philippines.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise applications, data, and process architecture.
• Project or program management experience.
