Marketing Project Manager

TL;DR

Marketing Project Manager: Own end-to-end execution of major brand campaigns including on-campus activations, branded events, emails, SMS, and recruitment pushes with an accent on cross-functional coordination and flawless deployment. Focus on building detailed project plans, managing timelines, budgets, risks, and maintaining documentation.

Location: Remote from Philippines. Available for meetings/emails/g-chats approximately 5 PM to 1 AM PHT, Monday to Friday.

Monthly Salary: $1,200 + $40 night allowance

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end execution of major brand campaigns, building project plans with timelines, task owners, budgets, and documentation.
• Coordinate across Creative, Performance, Operations, campus managers, and vendors to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage production and deployment of email and SMS campaigns, including content calendars and setup in Iterable.
• Maintain project infrastructure like Asana boards, shared filing systems, and bi-weekly strategy status notes.
• Proactively identify risks, flag blockers, and drive resolutions with post-mortem learnings and KPI tracking.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years in marketing operations, campaign management, project management, or related field
• Strong experience with project management tools like Asana, Monday.com
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Iterable, Klaviyo
• Comfort with marketing analytics and performance data
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and deadlines
