Salary: £88,251 - £110,000 per annum

• Lead service design thinking to solve major customer problems and enable electrification of sites.
• Run real-world projects and experiments to test economics, validate value, and determine project viability.
• Use data-driven storytelling to influence sponsors and define success metrics.
• Collaborate across the enterprise to remove barriers and ensure rapid project delivery.
• Lead and develop a professional team through coaching, expectation setting, and recognition.
• Maintain a consistent high-quality experience for customers and dealers.

Requirements

• Proactive approach to problem-solving with experience resolving complex customer issues.
• Ability to adapt knowledge of products and services to diverse industrial situations.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder management across all business levels.
• Proven experience in operational, tactical, and strategic planning for complex projects.
• Available for up to 25% domestic and international travel.
