What you will do

• Own scheduling of crew and support staff for live broadcasts, maintaining master scheduling matrix and forecasting needs.
• Coordinate assignments with supervisors, manage last-minute coverage, and communicate show details to crew.
• Maintain data in tools like Airtable, Monday.com, Slack; track utilization and contribute to event documentation.
• Attend planning meetings, support shift handoffs, monitor schedules in real-time, and assist in incident response.
• Identify bottlenecks, recommend process improvements, and develop SOPs in collaboration with leadership.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in scheduling, resource coordination, live event operations, or production management.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills; ability to handle multiple schedules.
• Experience with scheduling/project tools (e.g., Airtable, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Slack).
• Decision-making under pressure, high attention to detail, flexible hours including evenings/weekends/holidays.

Nice to have

• Experience scheduling technical operators or production crews.
• Familiarity with live broadcast, control room, or streaming environments.
• Background in shift-based operations, SOP development, or media workflows.
