What you will do

• Build and improve existing systems and drive greenfield initiatives for international market expansion.
• Develop scalable and secure services focusing on long-term performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to translate regional requirements into technical plans.
• Contribute to engineering quality through pairing, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
• Own feature lifecycle, including observability, incident response, and on-call rotations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience building maintainable software in production environments.
• Proficiency in at least one core language (Python, Ruby, JavaScript, or TypeScript).
• Comfort working across the stack (React experience is a plus).
• Strong fundamentals in software design, including object-oriented and functional paradigms.
• Experience with APIs, relational databases, and cloud-native applications.
• Professional fluency in written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Passion for renewable energy or climate tech.
• Experience supporting internationalization (i18n) and localization (l10n).
• Familiarity with compliance-driven engineering, including privacy, security, and data residency.
