What you will do

• Lead the technical design and architecture of a next-generation analytics dashboard platform.
• Develop high-performance frontend and backend services using React, GraphQL, and Node.js.
• Partner with Product and Research teams to align technical features with business requirements.
• Profile, debug, and optimize web applications for security and performance.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.
• Lead post-mortems and root cause analyses to improve system stability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer.
• Expertise in React, TypeScript, Node.js, and GraphQL.
• Experience building reporting dashboards and using data tools such as SQL, Looker, dbt, and Python.
• English: Upper-Intermediate level required.
• Ability to independently own large features from design to production.
