What you will do

• Design software applications and features in Golang and React
• Build out distributed architecture while maintaining consistency and scalability
• Coordinate with stakeholders to design market-winning products
• Develop metrics for continuous improvement of products
• Deliver high-quality, testable features adhering to standards
• Lead small teams and mentor engineering teammates

Requirements

• At least 7 years of full-stack software engineering experience
• Experience building and serving REST APIs using Go (preferred), Java, Python or similar
• Experience in distributed, cloud-based architecture (transactional outboxes, RabbitMQ, SQS, Kafka)
• BS in Computer Science or similar degree
• Experience bringing new ideas and building consensus

Nice to have

• SQL-based RDBMS through ORM
• Observability platforms like Prometheus, NewRelic, Datadog
• DevOps with CI/CD pipelines
• Containerized microservices with Kubernetes on AWS
• History of delivering commercial APIs and web apps
