Senior Software Engineer (Golang/React)

Location: Remote from Argentina

Salary: $5,000–$9,500 gross per month in USD

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and deliver software applications and features using Golang and React.
• Build solutions for distributed architecture while maintaining consistency and scalability.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, business stakeholders, and other engineering teams to create commercial products.
• Develop and collect product metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead small development teams when needed and mentor engineering teammates.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of full-stack software engineering experience; the role is intended for engineers with 8+ years of experience.
• Experience building and serving REST APIs with Go, Java, Python, or a similar language.
• Experience with distributed, cloud-based architectures, transactional outboxes, or queuing tools such as RabbitMQ, SQS, or Kafka.
• Demonstrated experience using Claude or equivalent large language model tools is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL databases through an ORM, including MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with observability platforms such as Prometheus, New Relic, or Datadog.
• DevOps experience with CI/CD pipelines and familiarity with Kubernetes on AWS.
• Experience delivering commercial APIs and web applications.
