What you will do

• Lead the execution of marine infrastructure projects according to Belgian and European standards.
• Develop preliminary, basic, and detailed designs for ports, locks, quay walls, and breakwaters.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for clients, joint venture partners, and subcontractors.
• Perform technical analyses to identify optimal and innovative installation methods.
• Coordinate and coach junior engineers and CAD designers to ensure technical accuracy.
• Support tender managers in preparing competitive and innovative offers.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marine or civil infrastructure design.
• Master of Science in Structural Engineering (majoring in Dredging, Off-Shore, or Marine Engineering).
• Proficiency in structural and soil-structure interaction codes (ISO, EC, NEN, EAU).
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Valid international driving license (Category B).
• Expertise in modeling tools like SCIA Engineer, Plaxis, GeoStudio, or DSheet.
