What you will do

• Operate and support Citrix Cloud and legacy environments, including delivery groups and catalogs.
• Maintain legacy Citrix components during migration and retirement phases.
• Monitor service availability, act on alerts, and update VDA golden images.
• Troubleshoot logon performance, session issues, and profile management using FSLogix.
• Manage access integrations (IdP, MFA) and coordinate Citrix ADC gateway changes.
• Conduct DR testing, maintain inventories, and provide weekly KPIs.

Requirements

• Experience with Citrix Cloud administration and VDA management.
• Strong knowledge of on-prem Citrix environments and migration practices.
• Familiarity with NetScaler/Citrix ADC and MFA/IdP integrations.
• Experience with profile management (FSLogix/UPM) and session tuning.
• Understanding of monitoring, telemetry, and application layering concepts.
• Experience with ITSM/change processes and technical documentation.
